What is the benefit of Pre-drawn House plans

What is a pre-drawn house plan?  Basically this is a plan that has already been drawn by and architect which they can offer for sale at a cheaper price than what it would cost you to get one done from scratch.  There are definitely lots of benefits to be gotten from buying plans that have already been designed, okay so it may not be 100% unique book you will know that the work has already been done on these plans and that things like utilizing available space has all ready been given lots of consideration.

Let’s say for example you did not buy these plans and you want to do your own customized design, the problem with this is they can be extremely expensive and sometimes it can cost up to 10 times more than buying some pre-drawn house plans.  On top of the expense is also the delay in getting these plans drawn up which may have an impact on shut off your home and delaying this by weeks possibly months.

Once you have your pricing together you need to also consider the costs of any changes that you may add to the plans there will be peace from the architect or building permit fees.  There is nothing better than designing your own home and knowing what you do in the beginning will last a lifetime.
